Main Gimmick: Start out with a very powerful synergy Brimstone + Spoon Bender + 9 Volt + Tammy's Head. Starting items: 3 Dollar Bill, Rainbow Baby, 9 Volt, The Battery, Broken Stopwatch, BFFs!, Guppy's Collar, Monster Manual, The Fool and AAA Battery. Main Gimmick: Start out with a good number of items which individually produce random effects. Starting items: Cupid's Arrow, Jesus Juice, and The Holy Mantle (since the start of the game would be really hard without an advantage). Main gimmick: Enemies have 5 times their normal health. Oh, and I'd love some feedback in the comments below.
I'd like to share some of mine with the Isaac community, so here they are. The Rebirth Custom Challenge Launcher is a great tool for creating challenges for the Binding of Isaac Rebirth, but it seems that there's no real "place" to put them all.
